Ideal drinking temperature 12°-13°C.
Excellent to drink young.
Enjoy as an aperitif, with grilled fish, poultry and white meats.
OENOLOGIST’S TASTING NOTES
Eye: very handsome pale yellow with silvery-green highlights, limpid and crystalline.
Nose: agreeable, intense and expressive, with floral notes hinting at hawthorn blossom and privet.
Taste: good attack, tender, rapidly becoming full and enclosing nuances of fresh hazelnut which underlie the finish.
Comment: a balanced combination of freshness and length with dried-fruit nuances.
